CDK-IN-20 (Compound E7) exhibits moderate inhibitory activity against CDK1, CDK4, and CDK6, with IC50 values ranging from 100 nM to 1 μM; it shows extremely weak inhibitory activity against CDK7 and CDK9, with IC50 > 1 μM[1].
