Polypodine B (0.05-0.5 mg/mL, 1-3 days) has an inhibition rate of about 96% on the growth of Acanthamoeba castellani (IC₅₀ = 0.07 mg/mL) on the third day at 0.5 mg/mL^[2].
Polypodine B (0.5-1 mg/mL, 5-15 min) does not show significant toxicity to Aliivibrio fischeri at 0.5 mg/mL^[2].
