BI01826025 (pArg-JQ1) (10 μM; 0-60 min) targets BRDT_BD1 for degradation by M. smegmatis ClpC1P1P2 protease, and this degradation is strongly inhibited by equimolar concentrations of M. smegmatis ClpC2^[1].
