EGFPAN_EMBS
EGFPAN_EMBS is an EGFR tyrosine kinase inhibitor with an IC50 of 12 nM and a Kd of 25 nM against human EGFR. EGFPAN_EMBS inhibits EGFR tyrosine kinase activity and autophosphorylation, and suppresses PI3K-AKT-MAPK signaling and downstream AKT/ERK phosphorylation. EGFPAN_EMBS induces apoptosis and cell cycle arrest in PANC‑1 cells, and inhibits cell invasion. EGFPAN_EMBS can be used for research on pancreatic cancer.

EGFPAN_EMBS (10 µM; 6 h) inhibits EGFR autophosphorylation and downstream AKT/ERK phosphorylation in PANC-1 cells[1].
EGFPAN_EMBS (10 µM) shows 10% inhibition of recombinant CYP3A4 and low inhibition of the hERG channel at 12%[1].
EGFPAN_EMBS shows 88% parent compound remaining in pooled human liver microsomes; equilibrium dialysis shows a plasma protein binding rate of 89%[1].
