Cyprocide-B
Cyprocide-B is activated by Cytochrome P450 and converted to electrophilic metabolites that selectively kill nematodes C. elegans. Cyprocide-B is promising for research of selective nematicide.

Biological Activity
Cyprocide-B (50 µM, 3 days) is a selective nematicide with broad-spectrum activity in plant-parasitic nematodes (PPNs), and is safer for zebrafish than Tioxazafen (HY-136240)[1].
Cyprocide-B (25 μM, 24 h) is bioactivated by CYP-35D1 to produce a reactive electrophile in C. elegans[1].
