Biological Activity
YTHDC1-IN-1 (Compound 40) (1-100 μM; 24-72 h) exhibits antiproliferative activity against acute myeloid leukemia cell lines (with GI50 value of 3.2 μM for THP-1 and IC50 values of 5.6 μM and 8.2 μM for MOLM-13 and NOMO-1, respectively), and can induce apoptosis in THP-1 cells[1].
