IAP ligand 6 (A250) is an IAP ligand with a Ka value of 0.1 μM for the human XIAP BIR3 domain. In Vitro

IAP ligand 6 (A250) (500-0.8 nM, 10 μM-1.5 nM) binds with high affinity to cIAP1-BIR3, and moderate affinity to XIAP-BIR2 and XIAP-BIR3 domains in a cell-free SPR assay[1].
IAP ligand 6 (A250) (10 μM-5 nM; 1 h at room temperature) specifically binds to cIAP1-BIR3 and XIAP-BIR3 domains in a competitive cell-free TR-FRET assay[1].
