YTHDC1-IN-1 is a selective YTHDC1 inhibitor with a Kd of 49 nM and an IC50 of 0.35 μM. YTHDC1-IN-1 can inhibit the proliferation and induce apoptosis of acute myeloid leukemia cell lines. YTHDC1-IN-1 has anti-tumor activity.

YTHDC1-IN-1 (Compound 40) (1-100 μM; 24-72 h) exhibits antiproliferative activity against acute myeloid leukemia cell lines (with GI50 value of 3.2 μM for THP-1 and IC50 values of 5.6 μM and 8.2 μM for MOLM-13 and NOMO-1, respectively), and can induce apoptosis in THP-1 cells[1].
