ZLHQ-5f shows antiproliferative activity with GI₅₀ values of 0.949 ± 0.113, 0.821 ± 0.240, 1.124 ± 0.362, 1.945 ± 0.278 and 3.349 ± 0.149 μM against A549, HCT116, MCF-7, HepG2 and LO2 cells, respectively^[1].
