FC-14367
FC-14367 is a PROTAC degrader targeting HIV-1 Nef protein. FC-14367 forms a ternary complex by binding Nef and Cereblon E3 ubiquitin ligase, inducing Nef ubiquitination and proteasomal degradation, restoring cell-surface CD4 and MHC-I expression and inhibiting HIV-1 replication.
