Prostaglandin E2-1-glyceryl ester, a Prostaglandin Glycerol Ester, is an endocannabinoid ligand for the CB₁ receptor. Prostaglandin E2-1-glyceryl ester induces rapid, transient elevation of intracellular free Ca²⁺.

Tetranor-PGAM is a tetranor-prostaglandin A metabolite. Tetranor-PGAM is a dehydration product of tetranor-PGEM (HY-114988). Tetranor-PGAM can be measured as a surrogate for tetranor-PGEM levels in urine.

ent-8-iso Prostaglandin F2α (ent-15-F2t-IsoP) is a potent vasoconstrictor of porcine retina and cerebral microvessels with EC₅₀ values of 30.6 and 53.5 nM, respectively.

(5S,6R)-DiHETEs is the isomer of (5S,6R)-DiHETE (HY-130138A). (5S,6R)-DiHETE can be recognized by leukotriene receptors (LTD4 receptors). (5S,6R)-DiHETE can induce guinea pig isolated ileum contraction with an EC₅₀ of 1.3 μM, and this effect can be inhibited by LTD4 receptor antagonists.
