Netakimab  (Synonyms: BCD-085)

Netakimab (BCD-085) is a humanized IgG1κ monoclonal anti-IL-17 antibody that binds to and blocks IL-17 and IL-17A activity, including reduction of downstream IL-6 production. Netakimab can be used for the research of moderate-to-severe plaque psoriasis, ankylosing spondylitis, and COVID-19 with cytokine release syndrome^[1][2].   Human IgG1 kappa

  Loaded Netakimab on AHC2 biosensor, can bind IL-17A Protein, Human (HEK293, His, HY-P70527) with an affinity constant of <1.0E-11 M as determined in BLI assay.
• 
  Flow cytometric analysis of 1X10⁶ Jurkat cells with Netakimab (HY-P99754, red). Cells were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde and permeabilised with 90% methanol. Then stained with the primary antibody at 1/200 dilution for an hour at 4℃. Alexa Fluor 488-conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Human IgG H&L (HY-P83776) was used as the secondary antibody at 1/1,000 dilution for 30 minutes at 4℃. Human IgG1 kappa Isotype Control (HY-P99001, blue) was used as the isotype control, cells without incubation with primary antibody were used as the unlabeled control (black).
