Glutathione oxidized (L-Glutathione oxidized) is produced by the oxidation of glutathione. Detoxification of reactive oxygen species is accompanied by production of glutathione oxidized. Glutathione oxidized can be used for the research of sickle cells and erythrocytes.

Cagrilintide acetate is a non-selective AMYR/CTR agonist and long-acting acylated amylase analogue. Cagrilintide acetate causes a reduction in food intake and significant weight loss in a dose-dependent manner. Cagrilintide acetate can be used in obesity studies.

Icotrokinra (JNJ-77242113) is an orally available, selective antagonist of the IL-23 receptor. Icotrokinra inhibits IL-23-induced STAT3 phosphorylation in peripheral blood mononuclear cells (IC₅₀=5.6 pM) and inhibits IL-23-induced interferon IFN-γ production in NK cells with an IC₅₀ of 18.4 pM. Icotrokinra exhibits anti-inflammatory activity in a rat TNBS-induced colitis model. Icotrokinra can be used in the study of psoriasis, psoriatic arthritis, and inflammatory bowel disease.

Octreotide (SMS 201-995) is a somatostatin receptor agonist and synthetic octapeptide endogenous somatostatin analogue. Octreotide (SMS 201-995) can bind to the somatostatin receptor and mainly subtypes 2, 3, and 5, increases Gi activity, and reduces intracellular cAMP production. Octreotide (SMS 201-995) has antitumor activity, mediates apoptosis and may also be used in disease studies in acromegaly.
