PFI-6 potently and selectively binds to the YEATS domains of MLLT1 and MLLT3, with corresponding IC50 values of 0.14 μM and 0.16 μM[1].
PFI-6 binds to endogenous MLLT3 in HEK293 cells with an IC50 of 0.76 μM[1].
