PROTAC STAT3 degrader-2 (Compound 27) (4 h) degrades total STAT3 protein in Molm-16 human acute myeloid leukemia cells, with a STAT3 degradation DC50 value of 3.54 μM[1].
PROTAC STAT3 degrader-2 (4 days) exhibits a cell growth inhibitory IC50 value of 0.582 μM in Molm-16 human acute myeloid leukemia cells[1].
PROTAC STAT3 degrader-2 (Up to 5 μM) is ineffective at degrading STAT3 protein in SU-DHL-1 human anaplastic large cell lymphoma cells after 16 hours of treatment[1].
PROTAC STAT3 degrader-2 (Up to 10 μM) has no measurable growth inhibitory activity against SU-DHL-1 human anaplastic large cell lymphoma cells after 4 days of treatment[1].
