Rhodomyrtone (24 h) potently inhibits the growth of various Gram-positive bacterial strains, including MRSA, with MIC values ranging from 0.19 to 1.56 μg/mL[2].
Rhodomyrtone (24 h) exhibits concentration-dependent bactericidal activity against Streptococcus pyogenes; the bactericidal rate reaches ≥99.9% when treated at 2MBC for 24 h, 4MBC for 6 h, and 8MBC for 5 h[2].
