TMC-169
TMC-169 is a potent antibiotic of the Aspochalasin group that can be isolated from Aspergillus flavipes. TMC-169 exhibits anti-tumor activity against multiple cancer cells. TMC-169 can be used for the research of cancer, such as hematologic malignancies, non-small cell lung cancer, breast cancer, and glioma.

TMC-169 (48 h) demonstrates broad-spectrum cytotoxic activity against NCI-H460, MCF-7, and SF-268 cells with IC50 values of 3.5, 5.0, and 9.5 μM, respectively[1].
TMC-169 shows moderate cytotoxic activity against U937, Jurkat, HL-60, WiDr, and HCT-116 tumor cell lines, with IC50 values of 0.81, 0.21, 0.68, 0.83, and 0.78 μM, respectively[2].
