VX5 (VX5/5261) is a humanized IgG1κ monoclonal antibody inhibitor targeting BCA-1/CXCL13. VX5 significantly inhibits human CXCL13-mediated internalization of CXCR5, blocks both human and mouse CXCL13-dependent B-cells chemotaxis and migration.
