In Vitro

Antibacterial agent 105 (compound 17) has inhibitory effect on the growth of M. tuberculosis replicating in vitro cultured macrophages[1].
Antibacterial agent 105 (compound 17) (24 hours) has no toxicity on Vero cells line and human macrophages[1].
Antibacterial agent 105 (compound 17) has antibacterial activities against FQ resistant bacteria and XDR-TB[1].
