BT-O2C
Based on 1 Customer Validation
BT-O2C is a p300 PROTAC degrader. BT-O2C induces p300 degradation via proteasome- and ubiquitin-like modification-dependent pathways, downregulates the expression of CIC::DUX4 sarcoma target genes, and exerts cytotoxicity against such sarcoma cells. BT-O2C can be used in CIC::DUX4 sarcoma-related studies.

BT-O2C (72 h) exhibits cytotoxicity against the CIC::DUX4 sarcoma cell lines NCC-CDS-X1 and KITRA, with IC50 values of 152 nM and 221 nM respectively after 72 hours of treatment[1].
BT-O2C (0.1-10 μM; 24-48 h) potently and selectively induces the degradation of p300 in HAP1 cells, and exhibits higher selectivity for p300 degradation over CBP[1].
BT-O2C (4 μM; 6 h) reduces the expression of CIC::DUX4 target genes ETV1, ETV4 and ETV5 in NCC-CDS-X1 cells, with no statistically significant difference compared with its negative control BT-O2C-N[1].
BT-O2C (4 μM; 24 h) slightly reduces the acetylation level of H3K27 in NCC-CDS-X1 cells[1].
