In Vivo

TRP-601 (1 mg/kg, Intraperitoneal injection, single dose) reduces hyperoxia-induced caspase activation in rats, attenuates neuronal cell death in the developing brain in rats and inhibits intrinsic apoptotic signaling^[1].
