Based on 4 publication(s) in Google Scholar
Carlumab (CNTO 888) is a human anti-CCL2 (chemokine ligand 2) monoclonal antibody. Carlumab binds and neutralises profibrotic activities of human CCL2. Carlumab inhibits tumor growth by reducing macrophage infiltration and decreasing tumor microvascular density. Carlumab can be used for the research of cancer, suah as prostate cancer.

Immobilized MCP-1/CCL2 Protein, Human (HY-P7237) can bind Carlumab. The EC50 for this effect is 9.459 ng/mL. -
Flow cytometric analysis of 1.5X106 RAW264.7 cells treated with 100ng/mL LPS for 4 hours add 1μg/mL BFA for3 hours with Carlumab (HY-P99188, red). Cells were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde. Then stained with the primary antibody at 1/200 dilution for an hour at 4℃. Goat Anti-Human IgG H&L (AF488) (HY-P83776) was used as the secondary antibody at 1/1,000 dilution for 30 minutes at 4℃, Human IgG1 kappa Isotype Control (HY-P99001, blue) was used as the isotype control, cells without incubation with primary antibody were used as the unlabeled control (black).
