CDK2-IN-61 (compound 4g) exhibits inhibitory activity against CDK2/cyclin E1 with an IC50 value of 0.25 nM, and shows 1200-fold, 1000-fold, and 230-fold selectivity over CDK1/cyclin B1, CDK4/cyclin D1, and CDK6/cyclin D1, respectively[1].
CDK2-IN-61 exhibits a potency of 670 nM in in vitro human whole blood assays; it shows excellent kinome-wide selectivity in a cell-free kinome screening panel containing 54 kinases; and it displays a clearance rate of 0.8 L/h/kg in cell-free human liver microsome assays[1].
