In Vivo

Cefacetrile (50, 100 and 500 mg/kg, s.c.) does not alter fertility, gestation and post-natal development of term foetuses of rats and fertility and gestation of rabbits[3].
Cefacetrile (1 g/kg, i.v.) produces no nephrotoxicity in rabbits and rats[4].
