SJ1461 is a potent and orally active BET inhibitor. SJ1461 inhibits BRD2 (BD1), and BRD2 (BD2), BRD4 (BD1), and BRD4 (BD2) with IC50 values of 1.6 nM, 0.1 nM, 6.5 nM, and 0.2 nM, respectively.
