cis-Revumenib (cis-SNDX-5613) is an isomer of Revumenib (HY-136175). Revumenib (SNDX-5613) is a potent and specific Menin-MLL inhibitor with a binding Ki of 0.149 nM and a cell based IC50 of 10-20 nM. Revumenib can be used for the research of MLL-rearranged (MLL-r) acute leukemias, including acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) and acute myeloid leukemia (AML)[1].

In Vivo

Revumenib (HY-136175) shows in vivo plasma IC50 of 53 nM. Revumenib treatment provides significant survival benefit and leukemic control in aggressive MOLM-13 disseminated xenografts[1].
