COX-2-IN-75
COX-2-IN-75 is an orally active and selective COX-2 inhibitor with an IC50 of 0.060 μM. COX-2-IN-75 reduces prostaglandin synthesis and inhibits NF-κB/IL-6 inflammatory signaling. COX-2-IN-75 attenuates paw edema in the formalin-induced rat paw edema model, demonstrating anti-inflammatory activity. COX-2-IN-75 can be used for research on inflammation-related diseases.

Result:Produced stronger anti-edema efficacy than Indomethacin (HY-14397) and Celecoxib (HY-14398), and reduces NF-κB, COX-2, and IL-6 levels in paw tissue in formalin-induced paw edema in rats.
