COX-2-IN-76
COX-2-IN-76 is an orally active selective COX-2 inhibitor with an IC50 of 0.059 μM. COX-2-IN-76 inhibits prostaglandin synthesis and suppresses NF-κB and IL-6 inflammatory signaling. COX-2-IN-76 exhibits anti-inflammatory effects in the formalin-induced rat paw edema model, reducing paw edema. COX-2-IN-76 can be used for research on inflammation-related diseases.
