NSD3-IN-2 (compound C6) (30 μM; 48 h) inhibits H3K36me3 expression in H460, H1299, H1560 cells[1].
NSD3-IN-2 (50 μM; 7-16 d) inhibits cell proliferation of H460, H1299, H1560 cells while failing to inhibit A549 cells[1].
