dTAGV-1-NEG (500 nM; 1-24 h) does not induce the degradation of FKBP12F36V-KRASG12V in PATU-8902 FKBP12F36V-KRASG12V and KRAS-/- cells, nor does it alter the related signaling pathways[1].
dTAGV-1-NEG (500 nM; 4 h) does not induce significant degradation of any proteins, including LACZ-FKBP12F36V, in PATU-8902 LACZ-FKBP12F36V cells[1].
