ET-JQ1-OH
ET-JQ1-OH is an allele-specific BET inhibitor. ET-JQ1-OH can serve as a Ligand for Target Protein for PROTAC, and is used for the development and design of PROTAC Brd4 degraders, such as AB3145 (HY-180923).

Activité biologique

BRD4 |
ET-JQ1-OH (0.65 M; 1 week) is yielded as enantiopure product with 99% ee via treatment of ET-JQ1-OMe with lithium hydroxide in 4:1 THF:water at 45 °C for 1 week[1].
ET-JQ1-OH is successfully converted to its acid chloride derivative and conjugated to a heterotrivalent precursor to form the potent BromoTag PROTAC AB3145 (97)[2].
