It is recommended to prepare fresh solutions and use them promptly within a short period of time.
The percentages shown for the solvents indicate their volumetric ratio in the final prepared solution. If precipitation or phase separation occurs during preparation, heat and/or sonication can be used to aid dissolution.

Protocole
Mice: Omtriptolide (0.25 mg/kg per day) is started immediately after the transplant and 10 control mice receive intraperitoneal injections of sterile water each day. The mice are then maintained for 28 days until killing, at which time the mice are administered CO2 inhalation, and cervical dislocation is performed. Trachea is divided for histologic staining and immunohistochemistry [2].
