GSK2618960
Based on 1 Customer Validation
GSK2618960 is a human monoclonal antibody (mAb) targeting IL-7Ra/CD127. GSK2618960 inhibits IL-7-induced STAT5 phosphorylation. GSK2618960 enhances CD4 T cell proliferation response and increases CD83, CD86, and CD209 expression in PBMCs. GSK2618960 can be used for the research of autoimmune and allergic inflammatory diseases. Recommended isotype control: Human IgG1 kappa, Isotype Control (HY-P99001).

GSK2618960 (10-100 μg/mL; 10 h) potently induces dose-dependent CD4+ T cell proliferation in PBMCs[2].
GSK2618960 binds specifically to monocyte-derived DCs, but not to uncultured primary DCs, NK cells, or B cells from fresh PBMCs[2].
GSK2618960 (50 μg/mL; 7 days) enhances the differentiation of DCs and upregulates their activation marker (CD83, CD86 and CD209) expression in PBMCs[2].

Flow Cytometry analysis of K562 cells labelling CD127 (red) with GSK2618960 (HY-P991424). Cells were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde and permeabilised with 90% methanol. Then cells were stained with the primary antibody at 1/200 dilution for an hour at 4℃. Goat Anti-Human IgG H&L (AF488) (HY-P83776) was used as the secondary antibody at 1/1,000 dilution for 30 minutes at 4℃. Human IgG1 kappa (HY-P99001, blue) was used as the isotype control, cells without incubation with primary antibody were used as the unlabeled control (black).
