GMC10
GMC10 is a selective MAP2K7 inhibitor with an IC50 of <1 nM for MAP2K7 and an IC50 of 340 nM for MAP2K4. GMC10 inhibits JNK pathway signaling. GMC10 enhances MRTX1133 (HY-134813)-induced Apoptosis. GMC10 can be used for research on pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma.

In Vitro
GMC10 (0.1-1 μM; 24 h) inhibits Anisomycin (HY-18982)-induced JNK phosphorylation in parental KPC-2138 and CD18 PDAC cells at concentrations of 0.1 and 1 μM[1].
GMC10 inhibits pJNK[1] in parental and MRTX1133-tolerant PDAC cells during MRTX1133 exposure.
MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.
-
Cell Line:parental mouse KPC-2138 and human CD18 PDAC cells
-
Concentration:0.1 and 1 μM
-
Incubation Time:24 h (figure legend); 5 h (Methods)
-
Result:Effectively suppressed anisomycin-induced JNK phosphorylation at both 0.1 and 1 μM in KPC-2138 and CD18 cells.
Demonstrated slightly superior efficacy among the tested lead compounds, with a dose-dependent decrease in anisomycin-induced pJNK.
