GMC10

GMC10 is a selective MAP2K7 inhibitor with an IC₅₀ of <1 nM for MAP2K7 and an IC₅₀ of 340 nM for MAP2K4. GMC10 inhibits JNK pathway signaling. GMC10 enhances MRTX1133 (HY-134813)-induced Apoptosis. GMC10 can be used for research on pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma.

Anti-cancer

GMC10 (30 min) is a potent MAP2K7-preferential inhibitor, with a biochemical IC₅₀ <1 nM against MAP2K7 and 340 nM against MAP2K4^[1].
GMC10 (0.1-1 μM; 24 h) inhibits Anisomycin (HY-18982)-induced JNK phosphorylation in parental KPC-2138 and CD18 PDAC cells at concentrations of 0.1 and 1 μM^[1].
GMC10 inhibits pJNK^[1] in parental and MRTX1133-tolerant PDAC cells during MRTX1133 exposure.
