In Vitro

JG-258 (serially increasing doses; 72 h) weakly suppresses the viability of two-dimensional cultured TT and MZ-CRC-1 human medullary thyroid carcinoma cells, with IC₅₀ values of 14.57 μM and 24.13 μM, respectively^[1].
JG-258 has no effect on Hsp70:CHIP-dependent ubiquitination of purified FLAG-tagged apo-nNOS^[2].
