Methacrylated Type I collagen
Based on 1 Customer Validation
Methacrylated Type I collagen (Col1MA) is a methacrylated tissue engineering scaffold material that retains the basic properties of natural collagen. Methacrylated Type I collagen needs to self-assemble into fibrous hydrogel under the action of photoinitiator LAP (HY-44076), and target bioactive adhesion sites, play an inherent supporting role for tissue cells and biodegradable activity.
Application: cell culture, biological 3D printing, tissue engineering, etc.
For research use only. We do not sell to patients.

Biological Activity
Application: cell culture, biological 3D printing, tissue engineering, etc.
Col1MA Preparation:
Recommended concentration: no more than 10 mg/mL; dissolve in 20 mM acetic acid at 4°C with stirring overnight.
Aqueous solution will gel at room temperature and neutral pH. Keep cool during operation.
Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles when using this product solution.
This product is used in conjunction with the blue light initiator LAP (HY-44076) for crosslinking and curing under 365-405 nm light.
