PROTAC Hsp90α degrader 1 (compound X10g) (72 h) inhibits proliferation of MDA-MB-231, MDA-MB-468, MCF-7, and MX-1 breast cancer cell lines with IC50 values of 51.48, 16.46, 8.93, and 11.95 μM, respectively[1].
PROTAC Hsp90α degrader 1 directly binds to both Hsp90α and CRBN to form a stable ternary complex[1].
PROTAC Hsp90α degrader 1 (0.1-5 μM; 4-8 h) selectively degrades Hsp90α in MCF-7 cells in a dose- and time-dependent manner[1].
