RIPK1-ligand-4
RIPK1-ligand-4 is a RIMTAC E3 recruiting ligand that indirectly recruits VHL E3 ligases by binding to RIPK1 and hijacking the endogenous RIPK1-VHL complex. RIPK1-ligand-4 can be used to synthesize the BRD4 RIMTAC-1 (HY-187390) PROTAC degrader.

PROTACs contain two different ligands connected by a linker; one is a ligand for an E3 ubiquitin ligase and the other is for the target protein. PROTACs exploit the intracellular ubiquitin-proteasome system to selectively degrade target proteins[1].
