SDH-IN-32
SDH-IN-32 is a succinate dehydrogenase (SDH) inhibitor with an IC50 of 2.74 μM. SDH-IN-32 exhibits excellent antifungal activity. SDH-IN-32 can destroy the cell membrane structure and increase the permeability of the cell membrane. SDH-IN-32 can decrease the mitochondrial membrane potential (MMP), thereby inducing cell apoptosis and inhibiting the normal growth of mycelia. SDH-IN-32 can be used for the research of infection.

Biological Activity
SDH-IN-32 (Compound A2) exhibits excellent antifungal activity against Rhizoctonia solani, Sclerotinia sclerotiorum, Valsa mali, Botrytis cinerea, Gibberella zeae, and Physalospora piricola, with EC50 values of 0.133, 0.258, 0.428, 0.519, 1.29, and 1.51 μg/mL, respectively[1].
SDH-IN-32 (200 μg/mL) shows protective efficacies of 76.1 against rice sheath blight, 64.5% against B. cinerea on tomato fruits and 67.7% against V. mali on apple fruits[1].
SDH-IN-32 (0.133 μg/mL) destroys the cell membrane structure, increases the permeability of the cell membrane and decreases the MMP in R. solani[1].
