PROTAC STAT6 degrader-11 exhibits selectivity for STAT6, with an IC50 ≤ 100 nM against pSTAT6 and an IC50 ≥ 3 μM against pSTAT3 in the MSD-pSTAT-PBMC assay; in the STAT6 fluorescence polarization (FP) assay, it shows an IC50 ≤ 300 nM against STAT6 and an IC50 > 3-30 μM against STAT3[1].
