Increased sperm vitality by 21.9% at 800 mg/kg.
Increased total sperm motility by 3.5% at 800 mg/kg.
Increased progressive sperm motility by 8.3% at 800 mg/kg.
Increased sperm velocity average path (VAP) by 11.2% at 800 mg/kg.
Increased sperm velocity curve line (VCL) by 10.6% at 800 mg/kg.
Increased sperm velocity straight line (VSL) by 13.2% at 800 mg/kg.
Increased sperm with intact mitochondrial membrane potential by 25.1% at 800 mg/kg.
Decreased body weight significantly at 200 mg/kg.
Decreased omentum fat mass at 200 mg/kg.
Increased sperm concentration, vitality, total motility, progressive motility, VAP, VCL, and VSL significantly at 200 mg/kg.
Showed no significant changes in testes, epididymides, prostate, or gastrocnemius muscle weights at either dose.
Detected no effect on acrosome reaction status at either dose.
