Biological Activity
VPC01091.4 (0.1-10 µM) effectively suppresses TRPM7 current (IC50 = 0.665 µ M) in HEK 293T cells[1].
VPC01091.4 (0.1, 1, 5, 10 µM, Pre treatment for 10 minutes and LPS (HY-D1056) stimulation for 3 hours) can reduce the expression of inflammatory factors in macrophages[1].
VPC01091.4 (0.1-25 μM, 24 h) has no significant toxicity at concentrations ≤ 10 µM and mild toxicity at 25 µM in HeLa cells[1].
MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.
-
Cell Line:RAW 264.7 cells, BMDMs or mouse primary alveolar macrophages
-
Concentration:0.1, 1, 5, 10 µM
-
Incubation Time:Pre treatment for 10 minutes and LPS stimulation for 3 hours
-
Result:Significantly inhibited the expression of IL-1β, TNFα, CCL4, and IL-6.
MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.
-
Animal Model:LPS induced C57BL/6J mice (12 weeks)[1]
-
Dosage:30 mg/kg
-
Administration:Intraperitoneal injection (i.p.), single dose
-
Result:Significantly reduced the elevation of IL-1β, IFNγ, TNFα caused by LPS, and increased IL-10 levels.
Its concentration in the brain was about 9 times that of blood, and in the lungs it was about 32 times.
Significantly inhibited the expression of IL-1 β, IL-6, TNF α, and CCL4 in brain and lung tissues.
Reduced clinical symptom scores, delayed weight loss, and improved the survival rate of mice.

Select the appropriate dissolution method based on your experimental animal and administration route.
- For the following dissolution methods, please ensure to first prepare a clear stock solution using an In Vitro approach and then sequentially add co-solvents:
- To ensure reliable experimental results, the clarified stock solution can be appropriately stored based on storage conditions. As for the working solution for In Vivo experiments, it is recommended to prepare freshly and use it on the same day.
- The percentages shown for the solvents indicate their volumetric ratio in the final prepared solution. If precipitation or phase separation occurs during preparation, heat and/or sonication can be used to aid dissolution.
