AL-LAD
AL-LAD is a 5-HT2A receptor ligand with rat Ki values of 8.1 nM and 3.4 nM. AL-LAD mediates behavioral responses characteristic of serotonergic psychedelics. AL-LAD induces the head-twitch response in male C57BL/6J mice in an inverted-U-shaped dose-dependent manner. AL-LAD exhibits LSD-like behavioral effects in male C57BL/6J mice.

5-HT2A Receptor 8.1 nM (Ki) |
5-HT2A Receptor 3.4 nM (Ki) |
AL-LAD exhibits high affinity for 5-HT2A receptors in rat frontal cortex homogenates, with Ki values of 8.1 nM (vs. [3H]ketanserin) and 3.4 nM (vs. [125I]-R-DOI)[1].
AL-LAD binds to D1 and D2 dopaminergic receptors in rat tissue homogenates with K0.5 values of 189 nM and 12.3 nM, respectively[1].
