mDF6006 (1 μg; s.c.; once weekly; 7 weeks) achieves 100% complete tumor regression in advanced large CT26 colon carcinoma-bearing BALB/cJ mice and induces protective T cell memory in 90% of treated mice^[1].
mDF6006 (0.5 μg; i.p.; once weekly) induces partial responses in 90% of B16F10 melanoma-bearing C57BL/6J mice and drives sustained pharmacodynamic responses in both tumor and serum^[1].

Animal Model:

BALB/cJ mice (female, 7-9 weeks old, subcutaneous inoculation with CT26 cells, advanced large tumors averaging 815 mm³)^[1]

Induced complete tumor regression in all 10 treated mice.
