Carlumab (CNTO 888) is a human anti-CCL2 (chemokine ligand 2) monoclonal antibody. Carlumab binds to human CCL2 and neutralizes its pro-fibrotic activity. Carlumab inhibits tumor growth by reducing macrophage infiltration and decreasing tumor microvessel density. Carlumab can be used in cancer research, such as prostate cancer.

    Flow cytometric analysis of 1.5X106 RAW264.7 cells treated with 100ng/mL LPS for 4 hours add 1μg/mL BFA for3 hours with Carlumab (HY-P99188, red). Cells were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde. Then stained with the primary antibody at 1/200 dilution for an hour at 4℃. Goat Anti-Human IgG H&L (AF488) (HY-P83776) was used as the secondary antibody at 1/1,000 dilution for 30 minutes at 4℃, Human IgG1 kappa Isotype Control (HY-P99001, blue) was used as the isotype control，cells without incubation with primary antibody were used as the unlabeled control (black).
