In Vitro

DC541 potently inhibits purified NTMT1 with an IC50 of 0.34 μM[1].
DC541 (0.3-300 μM) inhibits the level of me3-RCC1 in colorectal cancer HT29 cells, with an IC50 of approximately 30 μM[1].
DC541 (0.3-300 μM) inhibits the level of me3-RCC1 in colorectal cancer HCT116 cells, with an IC50 of approximately 100 μM[1].
DC541 (up to 1 mM; 24-72 h) exerts no significant cytotoxicity against colorectal cancer HT29 and HCT116 cells[1].
