Roridin H (compound 1) undergoes complete catalytic hydrogenation to form Octahydrororidin H^[1].
Roridin H undergoes base-catalyzed hydrolysis, which cleaves the macrocyclic diester to produce Verrucarol and Myrothecinic acid^[1].
Roridin H (72 h) potently inhibits the proliferation of mouse leukemia L1210 cells, with an IC₅₀ of 0.12 μM^[2].
