FL113
FL113 is a racemate of FL118 (HY-12486). FL113 is less effective than FL118 in inhibiting the expression of Survivin, Mcl-1, XIAP, and cIAP2. FL113 exhibits weaker antitumor activity than FL118 in colon tumor xenograft models. FL113 can be used for research on colon cancer and head and neck cancer.
