A20FMDV2 is a highly selective αvβ6 integrin inhibitor with human IC50 values of 3 nM and binds with at least 1000-fold selectivity over other RGD-binding integrins. A20FMDV2 binds to the integrin’s RGD-binding site, induces rapid integrin internalization, and delays post-internalization integrin recycling to the cell surface. A20FMDV2 can be used for the research of pancreatic cancer, breast cancer, colorectal cancer, ovarian cancer, oral squamous cell carcinoma.

αvβ6 3 nM (IC50) |
A20FMDV2 (0.01-6 nM; 1-24 h) binds to purified human αvβ6 integrin with high affinity (KD = 0.22 nM), fast association kinetics, partial reversibility by unlabelled A20FMDV2, and complete selectivity over other tested RGD integrins[1].
A20FMDV2 (1 μM; 0-48 h) induces rapid, concentration-dependent internalization of αvβ6 in NHBE cells (EC50 = 0.098 nmol/l, T1/2 = 1.5 min), followed by moderately slow recycling of the integrin to the cell surface[1].
A20FMDV2 (10 pM-100 μM; 1 h) potently and selectively inhibits αᵥβ6 ligand binding with an IC50 of 3 nmol/L, showing >1,000-fold higher specificity for αᵥβ6 than for αᵥβ3, αᵥβ5, and α5β1[2].
A20FMDV2 (1 nM-100 nM; 30 minute) binds specifically to αvβ6-expressing DX3puroβ6 cells at concentrations as low as 1 nmol/L, with no detectable binding to αvβ6-negative DX3puro cells even at 100 nmol/L[2].
